We are seeking to fill the position of Principal Consultant-Business Development. This position will focus on expanding Prudentia’s sales in services and software solutions in Pharmacovigilance and Medical Coding. This is a remote position, reporting into our Jersey City, NJ office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generating new leads and prospects
  • Enhancing Prudentia’s marketing capabilities
  • Managing conferences and exhibitions
  • Attending industry networking meetings
  • Maintaining sales management database
  • Leading weekly company sales calls and tracking opportunities through sales management system
  • Providing resource requirements to recruiting team
  • Organizing internal resources for sponsor demonstrations
  • Giving solution presentations to prospective customer/sponsors
  • Generating pricing configurations for new and existing clients
  • Writing business and technical proposals
  • Contributing to client contract negotiations
  • Establishing and maintaining industry and client contacts for continuing good relations and business opportunity development
  • Developing and maintaining client profiles including updating contacts management system
  • Ensuring ongoing understanding of Prudentia’s services, services offered by competitors and market/industry trends
  • Travel (domestic and international)

Required Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred

Additional skill set:

  • Ability to work independently or in team settingh; ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years life sciences experience
  • 2+ years sales experience in any aspects of Pharmacovigilance
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical/CRO/medical sales experience preferable
  • Familiarity with pharmacovigilance, safety databases, coding tools and medical dictionaries such as MedDRA and WHODrug is a must
  • Experience growing and managing sales team
  • Thorough knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry, terminology and practices

Proven ability in presenting and negotiating

We are seeking to fill the position of Administration Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the US Partners in  all admin activities
  • Handle Reception- receive visitors, answer phone calls
  • Manage documentation and records keeping
  • Manage calendars -arrange conference calls and meetings, write Minutes of Meeting
  • Handle procurement of Prudentia and client laptops , office supplies
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors

Required Experience:

  • 5 -6 Years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant
  • Strong MS Office skills is MUST
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
