Position: Executive -Finance and Accounts
Job Location: Noida
Experience: 3 years – 6 years
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities Create invoices
- Handle accounts payable
- Reconcile payments with Software
- Secondary responsibilities Resource management and forecasting
- SOW preparation
- Author and maintain process documents for operations / finance
- Backup rep for ADP
- H1 and L1 coordinator
Qualifications:
- Strong MS Excel experience
- BCom / MCom / MBA -Finance / CA -Inter
Skills Required
- Bookkeeper experience
- Familiar with tax requirements (India and US)
- Experience with handling accounts receivable
- Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting software
- Familiar with GAAP
