Position: Executive -Finance and Accounts

Job Location: Noida

Experience: 3 years – 6 years

Responsibilities:

  •  Primary responsibilities Create invoices
  •  Handle accounts payable
  •  Reconcile payments with Software
  •  Secondary responsibilities Resource management and forecasting
  •  SOW preparation
  •  Author and maintain process documents for operations / finance
  •  Backup rep for ADP
  •  H1 and L1 coordinator

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong MS Excel experience
  • BCom / MCom / MBA -Finance / CA -Inter

 

Skills Required

  • Bookkeeper experience
  • Familiar with tax requirements (India and US)
  • Experience with handling accounts receivable
  • Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting software
  • Familiar with GAAP
